Treatment Coordinator

I feel fortunate to meet our new patients as they start their orthodontic journey and share in their excitement as they see the change in their appearance. I love those confident, bright smiles and knowing I played a part in making them happen!

As treatment coordinator, I welcome new patients and their families to the practice, explain the orthodontic process, and answer questions. Following their exam, I talk with the patient about Dr. Austin’s recommendations, review treatment options, and present fees and payment options. It is essential for patients and families to understand the benefits of treatment and what to expect, so they can make informed decisions about care.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my two children and spouse. We love going to Dodger games, salsa dancing, and spending lots of time with our families. We especially enjoy hosting BBQs and game nights with our closest friends and family.
